Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Because our products are made to order through our printing partners, production times may vary depending on product type, demand, and seasonal volume.
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Finland & Europe: 5–12 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–12 business days
- International orders: 7–20 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.
Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly stated on the website.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be sent via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs processing
- Postal carrier disruptions
- Weather or natural events
- Incorrect shipping addresses
Customs & Import Taxes
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or VAT fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in product or shipping prices.
