Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect sizing
  • change of mind
  • buyer’s remorse
  • accidental orders

Please review all product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at jonathan.hernberg@gmail.com.

Include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


European Union Customers

For customers located in the European Union, certain rights may apply under local consumer protection laws.

However, products that are custom-made or produced on demand may be exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact jonathan.hernberg@gmail.com.

  • you still protect yourself legally
  • it looks professional and trustworthy

You also no longer need to publicly display your home address if you are not accepting returns.
